Community First Responders

The Boroughbridge Community First Responder team badly needs more members if it is to do a thorough job of helping people who have phoned 999 for an ambulance; and maybe even saving lives

On Wednesday, September 9th, from 6 pm to 8 pm, Patrick Murphy who works for the NHS (Ambulance Service) will be in the Council Offices in Hall Square. He will be able to supply details of the First Responder scheme, answer questions, and talk about training, with no obligation whatsover on the part of the enquirers, of course, unless they decide to get involved with this very worthwhile scheme
